Content in the wild puts you in tracking mode. Now you’re monitoring the assignment’s calendar for past-due posts and open timeslots that need filling.
73. Color-coded timeslots match the status in the bottom status bar. For instance, the green timeslots are the open assignments.
74. The 114 gray timeslots are the 114 published assignments.
75. Contact any influencer by clicking on their timeslot. A pop-up appears with information about the assignment and a contact link.
A “past due” status doesn’t necessarily mean that the influencer failed to complete the assignment. It may mean that the influencer forgot to post the verification link into the system. Your best bet is to contact influencers whose timeslots show as past due.
Next, we’ll show you how to monitor multiple assignments for a program on the same calendar.
A. TapFusion sends a notification to any influencer who fails to post within 24 hours of a scheduled date. In many cases, a post shows as past due because “something came up that day” or because an influencer failed to verify a post correctly. When in doubt, contact the influencer. If the influencer is unresponsive, remove her from the program. Rest assured though: The system will not issue influencer payments until verifying all posts based on the URL of the blog and social posts.
