You have two options for sending invitations: Through email, or automatically through the platform.
50. To invite automatically, select Influencers and then choose Invite from the Actions menu.
If you choose the Invite option, the platform automatically sends an HTML-stylized invitation to selected influencers.
51. The other option is to send invitations by email.
If you choose the Email option, the platform opens a blank email message in your email client, with the selected influencers’ email addresses preloaded in the BCC field.
Note that the Email action is not just for inviting influencers to assignments. Use it as needed to contact a group of or all influencers at any time. For instance, you might email all influencers to advise them that you uploaded a new Requirements Document or to share new information that affects an assignment.
To give you an idea of what’s included in an email to influencers, here’s a portion of a text-based email invitation for the Bright Looks campaign. Note that the system pulled in details we provided while creating the program and assignment, such as a link to the Assignment Requirements (which appear to influencers as a checklist), the Assignment Overview, and the Brand, Influencer, Program, and Assignment names.
Although we’re not inviting influencers to our hypothetical Bright Looks assignment, at this point you’d send invitations to your influencers using one of the previously described methods.
After inviting, your influencers get to work, and you manage that work.
